It might well be a cyanobacterial infection. Possibly mercury poisoning, or an adverse reaction to an adulterant. Given that all of those things are potentially fatal, it would be a good idea to get yourself to a doctor.

Microcystin toxicity is not the same thing as an active infection, and spirulina isn't supposed to contain microcystins unless it's contaminated in the first place.
