Also: Don't microdose amphetamines. It can fuck with you in ways that macrodosing cannot.

Drink coffe to wake the fuck up and have some energy, drink tea through your day to stay focused, or you can buy caffein pills and use them if you need to be woken up and concentrated.

I also smoke regularly some bits of hasch, really tiny ammounts, it helps me go through my day and you don't build that much tolerance on lower doses
