I used to have phimosis. I just pulled and stretched the foreskin until it was able to go over. I have no problems now.

It's not painful, it's sensitive. You'll get used to it. Just stretch it for 10-20 minutes per night.

If you get an adult circumcision then you won't be able to have sex for atleast another month.
It'll bruise and swell like crazy for the first week and be painful as hell for weeks after.
