Its a classic canker sore. I get them all the time from biting my lip. Avoid citrus and mint, makes it burn like a motherfucker. You can use a numbing gel or gargle salt water to make it more bearable. Should clear up in a couple days to a week.

That's an "afta" its common to happen depending on your diet. Don't it will go away in a few days. But if it's frequent you should see a dermatologist/nutritionist.

Get vitamin C tablets, put it up against the sore area, it'll hurt like hell but it heals it faster.

i get them when i accidentaly bite myself, or injure my mouth another way. Also if i am really stressed.

Canker sore, I get em all the time. Causes can be stress, biting the inside of you mouth, iron and b12 deficiencies.

Invest in Oragel or some other pain gel, listerine, and lip balm. You could also take iron and b12 supplements.

Get some orajel for that.
