You can say it's not, but her oldest boy needs help with learning development and the little guy has a digestive issue where his belly is sometimes the same size as his body in general and he doesn't shit for days. Somehow she has excuses for not getting the kids to dr appointments but she can take a day to go visit pedodude in jail once a week. Her mom watches the kids, they tantrum fit like 3 times a day over the simplest "no". She can barely handle them in her old age and she complains about her daughter but won't say shit to her. Her own mom was thinking of calling cps but is afraid of hurting the girl's feelings.

I'm gonna be real fuckin straight with you on this. Anon, people fuck up. People make mistakes in life and want to become decent human beings. This guy should be charged for this crime absolutely, but you told us it was one incident. As far as we know he's not a serial child rapist. He fucked up once, he fucked up bad, but he fucked up once and now he's paying for it. That doesn't mean he can't have a life and work towards becoming a good person. We all fuck up. Is he still molesting/molesting his kids/committing crimes? If not, just leave the guy alone.

There's no reason for you to call CPS unless the kids are blatantly, seriously abused. If the kids aren't getting fed, or they're living in squalor, or they're being hit, or they're being withheld from medical care and it's not an issue of finance/transportation/any other than deliberate refusal to treat the problems, then you're wasting everyone's time.

If you or this girl's mom is really that concerned, talk to the mother first. Don't just ram someone up the ass with a random CPS visit when it can be avoided with a discussion. Because just from what you've told us, there is no case here. You'll be wasting everyone's time.
