I can never realy feel relaxed, i fap, i play games, i read, i drink tea, i rest but i never feel relaxed.

First, congratulations for being sensitive enough to realize that you feel this way. Most people don't and therefore never take steps to solve the problem.
Second, you have existential anxiety. Most people have it. The only effective counter to it that I have found is buddhist meditation.
