Hey fellows,
The voices don´t stop to give me orders.
What to do?

Anyone actually hearing voices? I just hear a yelling AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! all the time. Makes it hard to sleep sometimes.

Create a pressure differential to burst your eardrums and you won't hear them anymore.

thats not how it works. Your eardrums are just the external sensors. The neurons firing off randomly inside the brain are causing the voices. You'll be deaf and still hear them.
As well, the voices will drown out external sources.
People don't realize how real hallucinations can be... BECAUSE THEY FUCKING ARE REAL. Your brain is firing off the same fucking neurons as they would if you really heard something except they are firing off on their own as a malfunction.
The hallucinations I get are often like a crowd of voices. Like a hundred people talking as if it's all randomly triggering with the occasional clarity of laughter or a short sentence. "It's all your fault." "HAHAHAHAHAHA" "That's not very good" "Don't trust her"
The visual hallucinations are trickier for me. They were much rarer for the longest time and when they it first happened I was seeing spiders on the ceiling. And then they started to be around me all the time. In the corner of my eyes darting around objects, into boxes, and just being annoying little fuckers. I tried to catch one but never could.
Recently I had my first direct full on real fucking visual hallucination. I simply could not fucking believe how REAL and SOLID it was. I saw a puppy jumping around my bed super happy like. It's movements were very clean, animations detailed, and I just wanted to touch it so badly.
The only thing is... it looked like predator camo. It felt like a memory was being played over my vision. It shimmered like predator too.
Now more often than not there's a sleeping kitty on my desk quite often. Just keeping me company with the voices.
