I've been making money online for about 15 years now, gotten fairly good at it and launched a business 2 years ago. Some general info/advice.

1. /biz/ is full of meme bullshit that will get the newb bankrupt more often than earn him money
2. Blogging IS a great way to make money but takes a LOT of trial, error, hard work, dedication, intelligence and more.
3. Currency exchange is the same, and can be straight out gambling if you don't understand money.
4. Advertising and content are king.
5. Selling stuff is queen.
6. You can make money from anything online, just like in real life, the key is finding what's lucrative and doing it better or more than others.
7. 99% of the advice you will read is bullshit and it's quicker to learn if you just do it yourself and fail, since failure is experience.
8. Consistency is paramount.

Feel free to ask specifics and I'll answer, but, and here's the kicker, if you're so inexperienced, unintelligent or lazy that you have to ask this question instead of finding out yourself, you probably don't have what it takes to make a good living.
