It's almost mirrored on my opposite hand.

have you touch/eat something that could cause you allergy?

No idea I haven't eaten anything that I'm allergic too nor have I touched but my job is extremely stressful.

It's probably stress hives but theoretically it could be something you are newly allergic to.

You can tell if it's hives if the spots change shape. Hives usually resolve in 24 hours, but if there's a constant trigger they will reappear but in slightly different locations and in different shapes. If the spots stay the same then it might be some form of contact dermatitis (eg to the soap you're using on your hands).

Did you try taking Benadryl to reduce the symptom (it will make you sleepy)?

I've taken Benadryl for my own allergies, yes. It makes me drowsy as fuck though so I only take it before I go to bed. I take Allegra or Aerius during the day as its non-drowsy.
