When not engaging in conversation and the diss comes from a passerby:

Look at them in a mix of disgust/disinterest.
It'll make them think you have worse shit on your mind than being dissed,
or that you've been dissed so many times you've become desensitized to it.

When being dissed in active conversation:

Laugh, compliment their wit (if any respect is due. Depends on the nature of the insult.) or turn your head in disbelief of having been dissed when none was needed.

I suppose these are the most usual scenarios being dissed would happen in.
