How do I know if some mild annoyance is something to go to a doctor for or not?
I keep feeling lightheaded sometimes and I still haven't gained back the like 5 kilos I lost like a month ago despite of going back to eating normally.

Sounds like shitty low blood pressure, so gotta get more iron. Also just eat more and actually watch calories.
Ideally it's always better to consult a doctor, so as long you don't live in a shithole where healthcare isn't free, go do it, even for small shit.

But I DO eat. I eat just the same as I did before my weight dropped.

The same in number of meals or literally the same stuff? Besides, just eat more. Perhaps your body is using more energy now.

Why?

I never really eat meals, anyway. Like, I'll eat something for breakfast, have some microwave soup bowl at work, and then just eat whatever after work. Just the same as I did before.

Because you might do other things. Brain is the biggest drain. Temperature changing might play a role too, since it takes more energy to keep you warm if it's cold.

Well, start with something that has more calories if you want to gain your weight back, soup might be enough to kill the hunger but there are rarely enuff calories to gain weight. Preferably keep it healthy too, /fit/ guide is pretty solid.

Nah. I don't naturally build muscle easy, and going out of my way to be skinnyfat doesn't sound tempting. Besides, I'm not underweight or anything, the drop is merely baffling, not concerning.
I'm more weirded out by everything else. Probably blood pressure though.
