About 3 weeks ago I placed an order for a leather jacket from the brothers cut. About 4 times I've sent them messages or emails over the past couple weeks about it but have not gotten ANY response. I just sent them one more message asking to get figured out what's going on. If they still don't respond is there a way to report it? I spent a hundred bucks and it was definitely charged, even shows on my bank activity report. But yeah this is frustrating that I haven't even gotten a response on this because at this point they're just taking my money. I get they're busy, but not even a simple email is unacceptable. Pic related, it's the jacket.
Also, yes, the address I have is accurate as well as my email and phone information.

Contact your credit card company. Also my point was that you're going to be incredibly disappointed when you get it, nothing you buy from any site that resells things like that hoodie is going to be worth the money you paid, especially if it's the sort of place that gives you free shipping with every order. If anything, you got scammed more because you spent $100 instead of just $30.

Go somewhere in real life with a good reputation. Don't gamble your money online. Keep in mind that you can get good quality faux leather jackets too, you don't have to get leather to get quality that will last you years
