Get rejected until you don't.

Along the way, try to intuit what you're being rejected for.

Talk to more girls. Eventually, they start flirting with you. When more than one girl is flirting with you, you no longer fear rejection because you have another option. Then, since you no longer fear rejection, girls suddenly liks you and it snowballs into more girls flirting with you.

Just know that it will happen, no matter how hard you try. Eventually, you will develop tougher skin and consequently be more confident. Not every girl you try to get with will find you attractive or want to be with you. Just think that's it's their loss and move on. If you truly respect yourself, you will see it as their loss, not yours. And nobody really cares tbqh. Couple girls rejected you? Wew. It wasn't meant to be. Focus on how to improve yourself and move on to the next girl.

Once you get rejected and the ground doesn't fall out beneath you, you realize it's not so bad. If you can accept it with a little grace, it makes you look great, too.

I 100% recommend being unemployed for almost a year and applying to 200-300 jobs. The best is to get a lot of phone screens and on-sites and get rejected.

You get over your fear of rejection with anything in a few months easy.
