Yes it's rectal bleeding, it's not because I'm wiping my ass too roughly. Since starting when I'm sitting on toilet, the blood starting to drip from my ass. It's fresh red, but when I wipe my ass, there are some sticky dark blood.

Bright red is generally a tear in the rectum or near the anus. Not the end of the world.

Dark blood is very bad. Thats internal bleeding bro. Likely from an ulcer in your digestive tract, possibly from a more serious condition.

You absolutely need to see a doctor ASAP if you are seeing dark blood. Bright blood you can kinda home remedy it and just wait it out type of thing. But dark blood is serious and not getting it checked out could be extremely dangerous for your health.
