How does an antisocial person go about getting a drug dealer?

People post ads on Craigslist but I wouldn't trust them. I was once out and desperately needed something and responded to a few ads (through Wickr not email)

They all quoted way below market rate and refused cash payment, it had to be anonymously wired to them first.

Have you tried /soc/? I know people who scored drug hook ups by posting on a local area thread on /soc/.

Oh no I'm already addicted to opiates, My doctor just decided to stop prescribing them even though I suffer chronic pain from being hot by a car (as a pedestrian) as he believes I shouldn't still be experiencing pain anymore no matter how I try to convince him I'm still in pain, which I really am. He won't even wean me off it either even though I've been on them for a year. And I know if I go to another doctor they'll think I'm just trying to scam for meds even though without them I can barely use my left arm.
