I sleep naked for a medical reason, I'm very prone to yeast infections. The more often I wear clothes, and the more clothes I wear, the more likely I am to get one. So this means naked whenever possible and no underwear whenever possible. Ideally I'd also wear skirts but no.

My discomfort in being naked in my own home probably somewhat stems from having had serious body image problems in my teenage years, but now in my later twenties and recovered, I still don't like being naked even alone in my own home.
