And the basics work. I stopped having these problems when I ran track. I guess I forgot sweating a shit ton to clear out your pores. Its really hard to have acne and sweat alot. Though if you dont wash your face afterwards youll somehow manage.

Isotretinoin is what I am currently taking.

If by "fuck you shit up" you mean temporarily mess with your liver, yea. It does that. It also returns to normal within like 6 months. An otherwise healthy young adult should have no problem.

I have elevated triglycerides currently, but my doctor is not worried at all. I get blood tests every month to make sure it's safe.
