Stay away from porn and have some self control. First it will be hellish, then it will get better. Occupy yourself with something that's as asexual as possible and physically tiring in the meantime. Once you are through it, (about 3 months), your sex drive should be normal. Getting off the pill helps somewhat if you are on it.

Similar circumstances. I was introduced to porn when I was 9 by my friends. I'm 29 now and I've been using it habitually for almost all those years since then. Right there with ya, OP. What you have to understand is that this is what's called a process addiction also known as a behavioral addiction. It is a real thing. Seek real, professional help and you can make it out on the other side. I think it would be very difficult to quit unassisted. Although people do quit drinking drinking, smoking and heroin unassisted. Best of luck. I want nothing more than to be porn free. It's agony.
