How Can I Start Talking To This Girl Again?

Now here's where you will roll your eyes:

Over the next month school was out, we snap-chatted back and forth, she sent nudes and we had full on conversations about bullshit a few times. But I asked twice to, "hang out tomorrow" and do something. First time she didn't open snap for a couple hours and then replied, "Sorry! I was napping!" But I didn't open her snap until like a whole day later either so I didn't even reply back. We sent pointless snaps back and forth throughout the days for the next week then I invited her to a party, told her she could bring whoever she wanted with her too. She said, "Sure, asked for address, what's happening at the party and said she would come through." She didn't. But we continued to snapchat pointless bullshit the day after. I kept this up a couple days then I got tired of it. So I stopped replying to all of her snaps completely, I'm not putting up with this. She sent about 15 more snaps through the next 2 days before she realized I wasn't replying to her anymore.

Haven't spoken since, we still view each other's snap stories and shit but don't snap each other. I had a dream about her the other night after I had pushed her out of my mind completely but now I can't get her out of my head. Dream fucked me up. Stalked her on social media she's single too. So I am going to send something to her tonight but I can't fuck it up. I'm self employed running my own business from home, got nothing but free time, and money, and friends. I am super happy with life. Just wish I could have that chick. I want to send her a message tonight but I can't have it be some dumb shit that she just doesn't reply too. I also refuse to do long heartfelt stuff. I just want some general advice. I don't know what I want.

If anyone can help out, it's appreciated. I'll do the same if you need too if I can.
