Ok well I'd assume she is trying to reconnect with someone she spent 4 and a half years with. Whether that means romantically it's hard to say but just keep in contact with her and see what happens.

I love it. Only way for me to drop pressure. And i think psychosis wont happen again now that i know how it feels and looks like to be psychotic.

I assume she welcomed the chance to break up and have her freedom. Before the psychosis i was very, very jealous and restrictive of her time and friends. I dont blame her that much for it.
