No. Kissing might seem like something intimate, but only because you out emphasis on a singular aspect of it as a symbolic act.
In reality, kissing CAN BE intimate, but it can also be a joke or just a nice gesture.

For the sake of discourse, conversation can be more intimate, as you share a part of who you are, your personality, not merely parts of your physical body - but nobody, apart from extremely jealous and paranoid people, see any problems with their partners talking to other people, yet they share something ultimately more personal than lip surface by doing so.

It's just a big deal, because we make it a big deal. Stop doing that, and it'll be much easier getting to kiss girls.

...OP is talking about guy walking on the street finding random girls that looks like porntars (see prank invasion vids), no one is arguing anything about the art of kissing girls as if it were something mysterious, rather, "can you kiss random girls by following what this guy did in these vids, without being arrested", most people watched those vids would say it's a big deal if you can pull of something like that!
