You can go on and on, day and night about how awful or shitty of a place /pol/ is, but really it's simple.
It's not supposed to be consumed by an easily impressionable mind. I go to /pol/ from time to time (definitely not hours a day) and I never bring politics into the conversation unless asked about, and even then I don't go yelling about Trump or niggers or jews. Any decent 'redpilled' person knows to keep it civil and the implications of why it's not okay to shout out opinions that sound offending to the common populous.
