Do you play video games or have any hobbies? If you kill yourself you will never have a chance at happiness and satisfaction during your lifetime, why completely ruin your chances?

Join a gym
Take a "useless" class (cooking, Spanish, etc) at a CC
Do volunteer work
Meet your neighbors
Go out after work with workmates
Go to concerts/movies/shows and chat with people waiting in the ticket line

-i might try the gym
-I dont want to study
-not sure if ill meet ppl my age as a volunteer
-my coworkers are all in their forties+
-going out to concerts movies shows alone seems depressing.

I am in a similar boat. 26, no friends, and have never been intimate with anyone.

I don't want to intrude on anyone else's life, but this loneliness is starting to really hurt. If it weren't for my job, I might go weeks without actually speaking to anyone.

When I moved to a new city and my gf dumped me I was completely alone. I started going to raves alone and always had a great time and met new people, now, 3 months later, I have to pick with who of the 5 people calling me I'll go out this weekend.

Going out alone is great, get some drinks and dance, smile and make conversation - in fact I miss going out alone because I felt so unencumbered by people I have to watch not to lose in the crowd, people being late, people calling me, etc.
