I'd treat this the same as any leeching roommate situation. First, bring it up with them as to why it bothers you. I'm assuming it's a space issue, and I totally understand because I dealt with the same thing. If they don't take you seriously the first time, tell them a second time that you'll talk to the landlord because it's already cramped enough and you've signed the lease for this. Make it explicit that you totally respect the boyfriend coming to meet his significant other, but living along with you guys isn't fair.

Then I'd take it up with the landlord and be adamant about it.

Not OP, but in a situation like this, the live-in boyfriend should pay his share in rent. Or the roommate should pay 2/3 rather than 1/2, if he wants to let his boyfriend live rent-free.

But it's not fair for OP to pay half the rent when he's living with two people, when that isn't what he signed on for. It's still an issue even if you're not homophobic.

As for the boyfriend situation, theres not a lot you can do. You'd have a good argument for breaking your lease and its relatively easy to find an organization that would provide you legal assistance, but do you really want to move in November? Deal with it until the lease is up and bail, or bail now before you have to deal with finding people who like you enough to carry your shit through the snow.
