Hey /adv/
So I'm suffering from acne and it's really lowering my self confidence. I have it on my chest and back as well. On my back and chest are just the marks they've left but I have lots of blackheads and small developing pimples.
So far I've tried those blackhead removing creams you're supposed to massage in, but those only last about an hour or so before it all starts swelling again, same with those ointments my doctor has given me.
At this point I have no idea what I can do

Unless it's mild, then just do some research on skin type and stuff.

If your doctor is a licensed dermatologist, go to a different one.

I have razor bumps on my fucking scalp buddy.
And it just makes me feel like fucking shit.
And it's making me lose so much hair.
I don't even go to the barber anymore.

Here's what worked for me.
1. Wash with cool water once or twice a day
2. Make sure to use a clean washcloth
3. Maybe research the right soap for yourself
4. Wear clean clothes
5. Wash everything that comes in contact with your face, like your hands and pillow case
