This guy with some form of mental problem invited himself to hang out. I'm a yes man so I agreed, at some point we go to eat. I know he has no money and he never asks me to pay but still gets food. At the end the check comes and I say have you paid yet? I keep on pretending like I think he's going to pay, he squirms for a bit. Eventually he says he has no money after some discomfort and I pay.

I also witnessed a crime in a foreign country and didn't report it. There was a lot of people around but nobody did anything. In my defense I was foreign and had no phone to call the police.
