It can be, if your current habits are fucking up your life. But it can't work miracles: if fapping isn't really the problem, then nofap isn't the solution.

Why do people still think that nofap actually helps? Why do people even ask questions their heart know the answers to? What fucking reason?

Why don't people learn to cut porn from their life while 'nofapping' to make the challenge more psychologically pleasing, yet more challenging? Because most people's problems come from porn addiction. They think they have the libido of a horse, when really it's only because certain material stimulated such violently pleasing reactions. It's artificial libido.

Same goes for NoFap, if it's done 'properly'. If you cut porn while you're not touching yourself, chances are you will feel some difference. Either way, you'll fall off the wagon once more eventually.

Personally I'm pretty damn sure porn/masturbating is a huge issue in my life. Like a big fucking one due to how it feels and the ways it affects me. The addiction is no joke, I think it's called nofap because most people in my state don't have the self control to stay away from porn once they start masturbating.
