How do you find motivation and stay motivated? I've been going to the gym for three months and I've had less and less motivation every week since I started, I've even thought about stopping recently. I've got no motivation to study or practice. What do?

Motivation comes from within. You have to have the will to want to do something. If you guys don't see improving yourselves or maintaining a healthy life style as important, then don't do it.
On the same note, stop complaining about life if you aren't going anywhere. That's your choice. You made it. We don't need to hear about it if you aren't going to put forth the effort to try anything we want to tell you anyway.
