I am a male. Am I allowed to make false rape charges. If so how much would that cost? How can I make it so it's the most grueling process for everyone involved? (without spending to much money). Is there any repercussions from me doing this?

nobody's allowed to make false rape charges. it's illegal pretty much everywhere.
if someone did something shitty to you, find a more mature way to handle it. the justice system has enough problems without this crap.
