How can I make a bowel movement exactly when I want?

I get up early and frequently have to take 2 or 3 trips to the bathroom before I'm finally empty in the morning. Unless I smoke marijuana I have a hard time shitting it all out at once


It's really a big inconvenience because I have to get up several hours earlier before I am empty and can go to work

Eating good food and drinking lots of water helps.
Try to poop at the same time every day.
Just once and hold back the rest.

Meat dairy and processed junk take longer to digest, and meat gets stuck to the walls of your digestive tract, sometimes forever. this makes you irregular, where eating a plant based diet is very straightforward and efficient

You need a regular schedule with a regular diet, get x amount of fiber everyday, at the same times each day

Figure out when your body wants to go. It will tell you. Then gradually move it up, a quarter or half hour per week, say, until it is when you want.

And stay on the toilet for a few minutes after you think you're done. It is likely that a "leftovers" load will come along.
