Two things I need help with
>monotone voice; i can't express emotion whatsoever
>sarcasm; nearly everything i say is somehow sarcastic
Any assistance in reducing either of these issues would be greatly appreciated! :D
Practice talking like other people unironically.

Oh god that's me. I hate being sarcastic so much, but I was raised by a mother who was sarcastic about everything and encouraged me to do the same. It's terrible because I know sarcasm pisses other people off.
i think sarcasm is entertaining even endearing. try to find people who appreciate you for who you are -- they're out there

Pretend like you're talking to a third grader. By that I mean make it a point to make your voice soothing, the things you say should be fun to hear even to someone who has no idea what you're talking about or what words are coming out of your mouth. Don't worry about sounding condescending, people will seriously not notice unless it's super exaggerated or just poorly done

This will be increasingly difficult if OP cant set his sarcasm aside for the sake of conversation

I think I've got the opposite problem..
Whenever I say something sarcastic people react as if I'm dead serious.

The fuck is up with this sarcastic meme? Girls these days always say they're sarcastic.
