Jeez, your relatives are huge fucks. Specially your dad.
Ask to a good friend if you can live with him/her. Explain the problem so they can understand, and offer to clean the house and get a job so you can buy your own food.

You have to do whatever it takes to move out ASAP.

You also have to get a job so you can gain financial independence and cut ALL contact with them.

Basically distance yourself from those people as much as possible. Cut them completely out of your life and never look back.

I know, easier said than done, but you will be doing yourself a massive favor.

First, fighting with parents is part of the job description of being a teenager, so don't feel that you are uniquely terrible.

Second, no - repeat, NO - quarrel justifies your father beating you up. He is 100% in the wrong, no matter what you said/did.

Try to find a level of peaceful coexistence or wary truce, and get out of there as soon as you can.
