Bulking for winter?

And just to say, I've never found myself doing this in the past.

Then again, since I moved out at 18 (I'm 25 now), I have dreaded the winter more and more.

I never used to think anything of winter (probably because my mum would have the heating on all the time). But living in some freezing places has caused me to start dreading it now.

but it is relatively normal. it is a subconscious thing that just happens with some people.

if you don't have a problem, then dw about it. if you do have a problem, then take a step back and keep track of what you're eating.

I think I normally limit my eating because I don't want to get a belly.

But yeah I guess I'll just keep eating and see if I get fat. If I do I can run it off.

Just wondered if other people stuff their faces during winter.
