I have a Dell inspiron 531S. Windows Vista. AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual core processor 4000+ and when I try to play league of legends it lags to unholy levels. Should I back up my data and upgrade? (Mind you my parents kept the tools for backing up data locked in their room. My stepdad claimed he'll get me a new pc or bavk it up and upgrade it himself but it's been 2 years, hes too busy with a stressful job to do it yet.My job doesnt even pay enough for a good new pc.)
or is their another way?

Use the free EASEUS Backup Tool to backup, go to /g/'s PC building thread, read OP and buy the new PC parts.

yes, you should upgrade. look up how to build a pc yourself, it will give you far better bang for your buck. and either pirate windows or use something like ubuntu, but not vista

Just copy the relevant shit on an usb thumbdrive.

Also the PC is way beyond upgrade, most phones have a MUCH better hardware. Gotta build a new one from scratch. At the very best you can use the case.
