So I'm 31 and noticed in the past year or so I haven't been ejaculating as much.
For my whole sexual life, I've been a guy who usually shoots quite a bit (like tablespoon+ nearly every time). Now its like, a tiny bit comes out and doesn't really squirt much (i used to even reach like my upper chest).
Any tips on how to fix this? Drink more water? I'm quitting smoking (been about 4 days so far) and I've cut back on orgasms (down to like 2 a week at most now).

Maybe you're just not aroused enough?
Also edging/longer sex builds up semen too.

When you pee, try stopping the stream.
Did it? Bingo, that's the PC-muscle, and you just did a Kegel-exercise.
Now do that whenever you want while sitting, watching TV or whatever.
