No one I can really trust, open up to. I have a day off, but no one to hang out with. Every time I have tried to get people together to hang out, I get rejected. It's wearing on me, I feel too scared to open up to anyone new now, which is hurting me.

People suck. They're either too busy, or they don't like you. Either way, don't sweat it.

I'm employee of the month at a facility with hundreds of employees. I'm 24, and my patients love me. But there's still plenty of people that would never want to hang out with me.

When you find those few people that actually like you, hang on for dear life. Otherwise, just interact with people. Anywhere. Grocery store clerks, bank tellers, prostitutes. Confidence will come with practice.
