What you're going to want to look up is "obscenity involving minors". I'm not a lawyer but I'd say you're fine and he's probably fine.

If you're really worried about it you can tell him to put his videos on private or on an anonymous account. This might be a good learning experience that people are pussies and will censor you for retarded reasons.

He's fine. Your son is not going to get in trouble for editing YouTube poops and posting them anonymously.
