How do i stop fapping anons? has anyone else achieved this?

There is no reason to stop fapping. If anything, fapping is good for you.

I mean you could easily stop by just not doing it, but there really is no benefit. Unless, that is, you wank 18 times a day.

Practice sports and go out with Friends. U basicly need distractions.

Pros:

Cons:
Literally none unless you're doing it so much that it affects your ability to do other things.

I regularly do nofap months, just to build up willpower rather than anything else. I've done one month twice and once I did 4 months without fapping. I find that after several weeks it levels out and I have to deliberately focus to arouse myself, but occasionally the urge will come on harder than a diamond out of the blue. Currently doing an October nofap and it's a bit different this time, I notice I've had almost no erections or urges, so I might just stop completely. I don't think it has any massive benefits though, my life is pretty much the same.

Didnt fap for a couple weeks after my breakup, didnt feel like it. Didnt notice any difference beside getting horny in a more extreme way (Like, the frequency of horny episodes goes down, but the strength increases my many times).

So basically, have emotional stress put on you, the hard kind. Then decide to not fap again, I worked that way for a couple of months. Then changed my mind because I didnt feel more motivated or anything, quite the contrary.

NoFap is an overused /r9k/ maymay because robots basically dont do anything else.

Gotta replace it with something else, like exercise. I typically go for a week or 2 without fapping now, that use to be tough to do. Once you commit like two long stretches without fapping, it gets easier.

Pros:
I wake up easier in the early morning.
I have more motivation (energy) to go for a run.
My social anxiety isn't as shit. (Cheese pizza makes dealing with social anxiety and slowing on fapping a pain...)
I feel better physically
I feel a bit better mentally in some aspects. (Probably the no pizza helps...)

Cons:
I have a tougher time going to sleep.
I have a tougher time just being able to sit there, and relax.
I get a bit more snappy, and moody.
I have a tougher time thinking straight.

What about Nocturnal emission? I have this problem sometimes (24 yo lol) and if I quit I would increse a chance to get it at night.
