I don't have experience with the devils lettuce but I messed my brain up bad on ssris and benzos for a couple years. Took a couple years to get back right. Time will heal almost everything. You'll be alright just live as healthy as possible and fuck all that dope smoking.

I went deep with green when I was young OP. I didn't do it for 7 years but for around 3 (age 17-20) I was dealing heavily and smoking a $50 a day.

When I finally pulled my head out of my ass I was like you described, super fucked. Short term memory shot to shit, couldn't remember 4 digits the moment I looked away from them, eyes were fucked (super light sensitive), insomnia, shitty cardio/respiratory fitness - all round just fucked.

That was three years ago now and I haven't done anything super specific in terms of health or medicine to address the issue (outside of the weed I was and am reasonably fit), but as >>17683106 said time helps a lot. It will take time, but you'll get better.

Being fit never hurts, get a job, give your brain something to do. Move on. You'll be right.
