Weird Bump

Got the same. It's a small infection caused by an insect bite. You may have to pop it 2/3 to get a white fluid out. It's painful but it has to be done or it will stay there for long and keep being painful.

Pretty sure it's herpes.

Consider this though, do you shave your chest hair?
If your answer is yes it could be in grown hair, you could gently pop it, use alcohol and the again after you pop it.
Try buying or looking into ingrown hair creams.
Be careful and moisturize after.

Looks to me like it is a pimple, just a deeper one. Sometimes (not that I recommend this, I'm just a monster) you have to "squeeze" it until a bit of skin is gone and then you can suddenly pop it. Not entirely sure but the few I've had like this looked very similar, irritated and like they had a sort of hotspot/"head" but no actual white dot or anything and if I squeezed them at first it would just be some clear liquid or even a drop of blood.

Zit. let it dry (takes a few days), dont open or squeeze it. It will go away.
