I have a small youtube, and a new friend of mine, as well as his friends I'm starting to do projecrs wirth (not for college) are into film. They credit each other with their real names
As a bit of a tinfoil hatter I try to retain my anominity as much as I can with my online content, but, I also try to not use my name for reasons of basic privacy, as well as having the channel tied in with my name in case of a prospective employer going to google me (I do a lot of vulgar videos and even weed shit)
So I'm appearing in a friend's six part mini series, and I'm wondering if its best to have him credit me by my full-on real name, a sort of trendy pen version of my real name, or my channel name? thoughts?
Bump please assist
If you care about future jobs just don't get credited.
If you want to work with movies or whatever just use your name

create a consistent pen name
>can't live life because a future employer might get butthurt that i've been living life
Keep going strong.

I have one, but it's essentially a variant of my actual name, for example, it's like if my name was William and I used the Pen name Billy something.

You don't understand, we live in a world where people can pull up your info anyway, and connect the dots. Having one more means to do so isn't a good thing - especially if I wanted to get into a particularly prestigious position, where they'd see me smoking weed on YouTube (kek) and decline me
I'm not ashamed of it at all I just know what the rigid jobs sector is like
