Help, I've shaved my pubes now I think their growing back and their razor sharp and hurt like crazy, the area is completely irritated, what can I do?

Very little, most you can do is avoiding it beforehand with brand new razors, not shaving against the grain (you get a less close shave but also less ingrown hairs and irritation), using plenty of water and foam, applying ointment afterwards and exfoliating beforehand.
Depending on how sensitive your skin is, some irritation/bumps just cannot be avoided though. The skin is quite sensitive there already.
Right now you can sit in a bath to get some relief, apply cold fatty cream (store it in the fridge for maximum effect), wear cotton underwear and wait for it to grow out of this stage. If you plan on getting laid, you can use alum stone to quickly make it less red and puffy, but it will hurt like an absolute bitch and nothing will make it look completely "normal".

Thank you, how long can this irritation last?

Depends on whether it's just itchiness from growing back (that usually lasts a day or two) or actually ingrown hairs/skin damage. The latter is more likely if you used a blunt razor and/or did a hasty, too dry job. In that case it can be up to a week before it feels completely normal if you're unlucky.
Irritation is common the first time you shave down there or if you shave for the first time in a while. It'll go away after a few days. Don't worry.
And it won't get irritated every time. Just when your skin isn't used to it.
You could get an electric trimmer to avoid it altogether.
put rubbing alcohol or perfume/colone on it for some relief, and just scratch for relief and wait it out
don't shave your pubes idiot
just use a beard trimmer
