Sometimes yes. Very much so. Like I said fat builds at my face the fastest, so Ive had a fairly chubby round face all my life. That along with receding hair line at 17 and sinus causing permanent red eyes and a scar on my lip made me feel ugly quite often. Though I generally liked to stay out of the mirror.

Exercise could have made me a more cheerful person overall, but when you notice girls finding you attractive it makes it a lot easier to be confident and in general be yourself when you know people like you.
I have plenty of insecurities from things like scars, zipper abs, balding, etc. But when you feel like youre still attractive despite those its a lot easier to put those aside. The chad thing comes from the way women act around me. Its ridiculous how drastically different things are.
