get so good that you regularly play with pro players. You will get noticed and/or you can always ask ppl in rly high rank if they are looking for teammembers. be prepared to sacrifice a lot of your time potentially without any return

The main thing from stopping me from doing that at the moment is my current rank. I've gone from diamond to gold in days due to getting paired up with people that intentionally throw. Next season though, hopefully i can get lucky in placement
