OP, you don't love her. You don't love her because you don't respect her. A big part of respecting someone is respecting their beliefs, and as you yourself describe, an important part of her identity is her faith. All of the advice in this thread is coming from the assumption that something is wrong with her in order for her to be this way. That does not sound like the case to me.

If you actually care for this girl you will respect her heartfelt wishes.
