Bug bites on only on feet?

>Usually only bite when I am in one place which is at my desk
>Happens other places, but mainly at my desk and in my room
>Roommate doesn't have any bites or anything like it oddly nuff' this has been going on with me for over a month now
>Bites are mainly and elusively on my feet, usually in the same places (will post pics.)
>Vacuumed area around desk, still bites, or rash or whatever happening
>Wear socks, it usually makes the itching worse and I still get the bumps, bites, etc.
>Tried putting down dryer lint sheets around desk and rubbed them on my feet, no results
>I have not actually seen any of the bugs, which I have stared at my feet and don't see anything, but it feels like something is crawling on me, unless I am paranoid
>I have sifted through my carpet looking for any, like literally on hands and knees, spreading the carpet apart and looking, nothing
>Cut a chunk of carpet up to see underneath, nothing, clean and spotless
>Bought Coritzone 10 with Aloe Vera, usually doesn't work at all
>Oddly, Hydrogen Peroxide gets the itching away instantly

>This morning, found weird little brown bugs at lip of window sill
>No idea what they are
>Grossed out beyond belief
>I want to torch my room with a flamethrower, pad it down with salt, and then seal off every entrance with bug spray

Incoming pics. of both feet and bugs. I don't know if the bugs at my window sill are related to the bites on my feet. Btw, they are really damn small, one picture has a dime next to one.

Sorry for such ugly ass feet, btw I usually scratched them when I was usually half awake, which I then regretted in the morning. The red ones were the ones I treated with Hydrogen Peroxide, the ones with scabs was when I only had the Coritzone and it did nothing.

I am probably going to go to the doctor's to see what's up, but I want to see if I can figure this out on my own first.
