>Be -$4700 in debt.
>Get steady job, $12.50/hour Part-Time.
>2 weeks later, get temp-to-hire full time offer with startup. $15/hour data entry & phone calls.
What do? Bills are usually around $600 which so far has been doable, but I really need to pay off some of my debts as soon as possible and I'm really not sure if I'll be able to with the part-time gig.
Scared if I drop it and this company doesn't hire me at the end of contract then I'll be in this boat again.
What do?

Get it in writing that they will hire you at the end. If you can't, I wouldn't risk leaving the job you have now. Lower your bills instead of (maybe) increasing your pay for some time, it's more sustainable.

I think it might be performance based for the hiring. Part of me feels like I can get another part-time job if this fails. I'm just worried and that's why I'm here.

It makes sense, but as the saying goes, "A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush". You know this situation better than us; maybe the temp job is a better option and maybe you are able to get another part time job. But these are maybes, and lowering your bills/keeping your job are sure options. Maybe you can go full time at your job? Good luck, whichever you choose.
