Hey guys, it's been suggested I find a therapist and I'm not sure where to start. Is there like a yelp for therapists I can look through? I don't want to just google the word "therapist" and my city name and find someone shitty. I just don't know where to start. Thanks

I think asking a GP for a recommendation is a good option, if you can't find anything online.

Anyway -- try Zocdoc. That's where I went to when I looked. Look up their names, you should be able to get reviews too.

I looked up lots of therapists and dodged a lot of bullets by just reading reviews.
