No one has? It might be more a personality thing, in which case I'd say someone will dig you for it, cute is a positive thing to be called after all.
Don't matter - shit's a compliment. In middle school, I would get called ugly but nowadays this ugly motherfucker banging all those bitchass hoes that call me ugly.

They see you as a little boy, not a man. You're fucked lad.

5'5, blonde haired, babyface here.
Speaking from experience, most of the girls that will find you attractive will be bigger than you. Not always heavier, but certainly taller than you. Whatever you do, don't complain about your height, because tall girls are almost as insecure about their height as short guys are for whatever reason.
Secondly, recognize that 'cute' and 'hot' aren't just physical terms for girls, they're used to describe a suite of personality traits. As a general hard and fast rule, 'Hot' guys are guys with an attractive physical aspect (think Captain America or Thor), 'Cute' guys are the ones that have attractive emotional aspects (think Justin Bieber or One Direction). Obviously there's overlap there.
Part of being attractive to people is to pick a brand and stick to it. If you already have an image that people latch onto, run with it and you'll do well. For instance, I'm very analytical, and I sperg out over scientific things that I find interesting. Since I'm 'cute' already, it works, and it just becomes another cute aspect of my personality. I've been consistently surprised by how many girls find me getting excited about geophysics attractive.
Finally, don't be so weak. There's nothing that girls hate more than weakness in a man, and insecurity is just another form of weakness.
