I'm overweight, my hair is falling out, I have poor posture, and my teeth need some work. Needless to say, my self confidence is at rock bottom. I want to fix all of these problems and get my self esteem up to normal, but what are the first steps? How should I start?
go to /fit/ and read the sticky. Do what it says. That will help with the weight and somewhat with the posture.

First step should be exercising regularly. Ideally lifting to a decent program. The reason for this is that exercise feels good and gives you more energy and confidence, just kind of on a chemical level. It's usually the thing that gets the ball rolling for everything else. Weight loss of course also depends on diet, but worry about that when you've got a solid month of exercise in. Lifting will also help fix your posture, though you may want to seek a more granular explanation on how by looking up "forward head posture" and "upper cross syndrome" on Google. See a dentist for your teeth.
Of course self esteem is entirely a state of mind, and you should remember that when the time comes to appreciate your progress. However, it's a lot easier when you have concrete improvements to be proud of.
One step at a time. Take that list of stuff that bothers you about yourself, and do one thing until you're happy with the results, and then move onto the next thing, and so forth.
But, one at a time. Start simple, and then build up. GL
You make a list like you just did, then you go through it and find a way to solve it.
Why are you overweight? You might want to put a little more effort into meal planning and work out.
